SECTION 22 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR INSTALLATION SERVICE

By purchasing the software license, paying the extra installation service, you will only be able to receive one-time software installation. Before installation request, you have to install and configure your MetaTrader and log in to the trading account you wish to use. You will need to install AnyDesk and communicate the connection code to our support team. The service include the configuration of the expert advisor (one-time configuration, so it’s always suggested to read carefully and learn about how to set the Expert Advisor). If these conditions are not respected, the installation service will not be provided.

TAKE CARE, ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS, EXCLUDING LIFETIME, ARE RECURRING WITH AUTOMATIC PAYMENT.

You are solely responsible for your subscription, if you do not wish to renew you will have to cancel your subscription writing to us a specific request to sales@mtsocketapi.com . NO REFUNDS ARE ISSUED FOR UNUSED PERIODS OR IF YOU FORGET TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL.
